Incorrectly ordered goods may be returned for credit, at the directors’ discretion, providing they are not soiled or damaged in any way and that we are notified in writing within 7 working days of delivery. We will credit the value of the returned items less the cost of return carriage and less a minimum of 25% handling fee. No refunds or replacements will be considered until the original goods have been thoroughly inspected.
Faulty goods will be replaced or refunded after inspection provided that we are notified in writing within 7 working days of delivery. Claims for faulty products will be limited to the value of the product, and no claims for any consequential loss arising from the use or installation of the faulty products will be accepted.
Many items carry a Manufacturers Guarantee and on such items details are supplied with the product on who to contact.
