By placing an order through our website you agree unconditionally to these terms and conditions.
On completing the order form you will be given the opportunity to submit an order to us by clicking on the "proceed" button which appears at the end of the form. By clicking on "proceed" you will have accepted these terms and conditions and a legally binding contract will have been formed between us. We reserve the right not to process your order and accordingly, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible by email if this is the case.

Price
Prices on the website are correct at the time of publishing. Due to our policy of continuous improvement, www.gardenersupplies.co.uk retain the right to alter any price or specification without prior notice. All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable). Delivery charges are excluding VAT.
Deliveries
We aim to deliver all goods within 14 days (unless as highlighted as longer on specific products), but no liability can be accepted if circumstances prevent this. Customers are required to be on site at time of delivery, unless they have previously informed the company of alternative arrangements. Non-Delivery
Must be notified within 5 days of the invoice and confirmed in writing, otherwise no liability will be considered.
Shortages/Discrepancies Policy
The customer is responsible for checking quantities when a delivery is made. Any shortages/discrepancies must be notified within 48 hours of receipt, by telephone and confirmed in writing within 7 days. After this time no responsibility will be accepted for any shortages or discrepancies.
Damaged Goods
Any good received damaged must be notified on the delivery paperwork and within 48 hours of receipt, by telephone and confirmed in writing within 7 days. The company will replace any goods damaged in transit providing the above conditions are met.
Faulty Goods
Defective items will be replaced or refunded after inspection provided that we are notified in writing within 7 days working days of delivery. Claims for faulty products will be limited to the value of the product, and no claims for any consequential loss arising from the use/installation of faulty products will be accepted.
Consequential Damage
Under no circumstances will the company be liable under this head, nor for those arising through unavoidable delays in manufacture or deliveries.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are payment in full by credit/debit card prior to despatch of order.
Title & Responsibility of Goods
The risk of damage to or loss of goods supplied by us will pass to you when the goods are loaded on to the delivery vehicles at our premises. We will not despatch goods to you until have received payment in full in cleared funds and ownership in the goods remains with us until that point.
We reserve the right to alter our terms, conditions and specifications at any time without prior notice.
